In this week's ThinkTank, we note a speed wobble in markets late last week as the major indices each saw pullbacks. Generally weaker data in the US has caused an easing of inflation expectations, long term interest rates, and a small bounce back in the US dollar - each item with implications for markets.
We'll also investigate a number of key stock moves on the ASX from during the week as the Energy, Technology and Financials sector were on the way up, and gold and healthcare stocks were on the way down.
The big brokers were disappointed by a trading update from big tech stock Altium, but were impressed with a strong sales report from Premier Investments.
