Anthropic confidentially submitted a draft IPO filing to the SEC on 1 June 2026. Market coverage since August 2026 has speculated on a listing valuation of around $2 trillion, up from the $965 billion set in its last private funding round (Series H, May 2026), though Anthropic itself has not confirmed a target. It hasn't listed yet, which is exactly the window this account is built for.

There's no Anthropic share price yet, so here's exactly what you're trading.
There's no public order book, so what you're trading is a synthetic valuation: our estimate of Anthropic's expected market capitalisation at the close of its first day of trading. If Anthropic lists, your position is cash-settled against that market capitalisation. It does not convert into shares or a share CFD. The instrument runs to 20 September 2028; if Anthropic hasn't listed by then, any open position settles at its entry price, and any swap charges accrued while you held it are still applied. Margin is 20%, leverage of up to 1:5. Swap charges apply to positions held overnight, at the rate shown in the platform's contract specification.
Anthropic Pre-IPO (ANTH_PRE) is a cash-settled CFD on the market's expectation of Anthropic's market capitalisation at the close of its first day of trading. It is not a share in Anthropic, gives you no ownership or shareholder rights, and gives you no allocation in the IPO. It expires on 20 September 2028; if Anthropic has not listed by then, open positions settle at their entry price and swap charges paid are not returned.
