ThinkMarkets is a trading name of TF Global Markets (International) Limited which his authorised and regulated by the Cayman Island Monetary Authority (“CIMA”) firm reference number 1612531

Clients will engage with services offered by TF Global Markets Int Limited, unless otherwise stated, please see the legal documents, including the Terms & Conditions for specific details.

Client Money Handling

Client funds are initiated, monitored and dispersed in accordance with local law, and no effort is spared in maintaining the integrity of the funds being traded on our platform. All client free margin* is held in bank accounts with top tier banks.
 

*Free Margin is the amount of funds not in use as margin requirements for holding open positions. For example, if you have equity of $1,000 on your account and the total margin requirements are $250, the free margin amount is $750.
 

Dispute Handling

If you have a query in relation to the Agreement or any aspect of your Account, you should raise this with our Client Management Team.
