3. ระยะเวลาโปรโมชั่น
3.1 โปรโมชั่นเริ่มวันที่ 1 พฤศจิกายน 2564 เวลา 00:01 น. (GMT+7) และสิ้นสุดวันที่ 31 มกราคม 2564 เวลา 23:59 น. (GMT+7) (“ระยะเวลาโปรโมชั่น”)
4. โบนัส USD $40
4.1 ลูกค้าสามารถโบนัสได้เพียงหนึ่งครั้งเท่านั้น โบนัสไม่สามารถโอนได้
4.2 ลูกค้าใหม่ที่เข้าเงื่อนไขจะได้รับโบนัส USD $40 เข้าบัญชีซื้อขาย TM จริงภายใน 72 ชั่วโมงทำการหลังจากครบกำหนด
4.3 โบนัส USD $40 สามารถถอนได้เมื่อตรงตามข้อกำหนดการเทรดขั้นต่ำเท่านั้น
4.4 หากไม่สามารถปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดการเทรดขั้นต่ำเมื่อสิ้นสุดระยะเวลาโปรโมชั่น จะส่งผลให้โบนัส USD $40 หมดอายุและถูกลบออกจากบัญชีซื้อขายของคุณ
5. ข้อกำหนดการซื้อขายขั้นต่ำ
5.1 คุณต้องซื้อขาย Forex หรือ Gold เต็มล็อตอย่างน้อย 1 รอบในบัญชีจริงของคุณเท่านั้น ไม่มีผลิตภัณฑ์อื่นใดนอกจากนี้ที่จะเข้าเกณฑ์

8 หากข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขโปรโมชั่นนี้ได้รับการแปลเป็นภาษาอื่นที่ไม่ใช่ภาษาอังกฤษ ให้ถือเอาข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขของโปรโมชั่นฉบับภาษาอังกฤษเป็นหลักในกรณีที่มีความไม่สอดคล้องกัน

ThinkMarkets $40 Deposit Bonus Promotion - Terms and Conditions
1. $40 Deposit Bonus Promotion Overview
Think Capital Limited (“ThinkMarkets”) USD $40 Deposit Bonus Promotional Program allows the first 100 qualifying new direct and new IB clients to receive a USD $40 Deposit Bonus into their live accounts after their live applications has been approved. The USD $40 Deposit Bonus Program is a Bonus offered by ThinkMarkets to its clients under the following Terms and Conditions.
2. Participation
You agree that by participating in this ThinkMarkets promotion (the “
Promotion”) that you will be bound by these terms (“
Promotion Terms”) as well as the terms and conditions that apply to your ThinkMarkets account (the “
Terms and Conditions”). Capitalised terms and expressions used in these Promotion Terms shall have the same meaning as in Terms and Conditions unless specified otherwise. This Promotion is run by ThinkMarkets.
2.2 This promotion is only available to the first 100 qualifying new clients, as judged by ThinkMarkets.
2.3 To be a qualified client, you need to be a new, approved client that has deposited at least USD $100 within the Promotional Period, as defined below (“Eligible Participant”).
2.4 Only one bonus will be eligible per IP or residential address.
2.5 This Promotion is not available or applicable to:
- Demo accounts; or
- Employees (or family members of employees) of ThinkMarkets or companies within the ThinkMarkets group of companies; or
- Residents of other countries other than Thailand.
3. Promotional Period
3.1 The Promotion starts on 1
st November 2021 at
00:01 A.M. (GMT+7) and ends on
31 December 2021 at 23:59 PM (GMT+7) (“The Promotion Period”).
4. USD $40 Bonus
4.1 Only one bonus will be payable per client. Bonuses are non-transferable.
4.2 Qualifying new clients will receive the bonus of USD $40 into their ThinkMarkets live trading account within 72 working hours of becoming due.
4.3 The USD $40 bonus can only be withdrawn when the
minimum trading requirements are met.
4.4 Failure to meet the minimum trading requirements by the end of the Promotion Period will result in the USD $40 bonus expiring and being removed from your trading account.
5. Minimum Trading Requirements
5.1 You must trade at least 1 round-turn full lot of Forex or Gold on your live account. No other products will qualify.
5.2 Qualifying trades must be open for at least 3 minutes.
5.3 Clients have until the end of the promotion to meet the “
Minimum Trading Requirements”.
6. General
6.1 Without prejudice to the generality of these Promotion Terms, we have the sole discretion to determine eligibility under these Promotion Terms, including, without limitation, whether the Minimum Trading Requirement has been met. Our determination shall be final and conclusive and shall not be open to challenge.
6.2 We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to immediately disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the operation of the Promotion; are reasonably suspected of any form of manipulation of their trading or account or are subject to any outstanding dispute with ThinkMarkets. Determination of tampering, or attempts to tamper, is up to the sole discretion of ThinkMarkets.
6.3 We reserve the right to alter, amend or terminate this Promotion, or any aspect, part or feature of it, at any time and without prior notice to you. We may make changes to these Promotion Terms and will notify you of these changes by posting the modified terms on the ThinkMarkets website. We recommend you revisit these Promotion Terms regularly, and by your continued use of the ThinkMarkets website and our services you accept any such modified terms.
6.4 Our decision in the exercise or interpretation of the Promotion or any of these Promotion Terms shall be final, conclusive and binding on all Eligible Participants.
6.5 We will not be responsible or liable for any loss, damages or costs suffered by you relating to or in connection with your participation in this Promotion, or in accepting any credit, bonus, reward or prize under this Promotion, or from any amendments or termination of this Promotion.
6.6 The bonus will expire and be removed after the Promotional Period if the minimum trading requirements are not met.
7. If any term of these Promotion Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under any applicable law, such term shall, insofar as it is severable from the remaining terms, be deemed omitted from these Promotion Terms and shall in no way affect the legality, validity or enforceability of the remaining terms.
8. If these Promotion Terms and Conditions are translated into a language other than English, then the English version of the Promotion Terms and Conditions shall prevail where there is an inconsistency.
