ThinkMarkets Group is proud to announce that it recently received the ‘Best Mobile Platform – Global’ and ‘Best Customer Service – MENA’ awards at the Global Forex Awards 2023.
This annual award ceremony aims to recognise the leaders in the retail trading space that provide cutting-edge technology, excellent trading conditions and world-class customer support.
Award nominations opened for voting on Monday, 5 June 2023, with participants having until Monday, 3 July 2023, to submit their company nominations. The awards were then distributed to the companies that received the most votes for their nominated category.
Commenting on the awards, Nauman Anees, Co-founder and CEO at ThinkMarkets, said: “At ThinkMarkets, we’re very much a client-first, technology-focused broker, and we aim to ensure that our traders receive the best support and technology to help them in their trading journey. So, we’re delighted that this has been recognised by Global Forex Awards and the wider trading community with the presentation of the ‘Best Mobile Platform – Global’ and ‘Best Customer Service – MENA’ awards.
The MENA region is one of our key markets, so receiving this award is hugely pleasing and is a testament to the high standard of support and localisation we offer our clients. We’re always seeking to improve the trading experience for our clients by offering some of the lowest spreads in the market and ensuring we provide the best platforms and support.
It’s a great honour to receive these awards, and I’d like to thank everyone who voted for ThinkMarkets.”
