We are improving our trading technology. Here’s what you need to know.
As part of the ThinkMarkets ongoing improvements to our trading technology and systems, we are scheduling to perform a server optimisation process to improve the trading experience of our clients.
Once completed, historical trading data prior to 1 January 2018 will become inaccessible via the MT4 platform, but will be still available upon request via our Customer Service team.
The process is starting this weekend, Saturday 25 April, and is expected to be completed by Sunday 24 May. We highly recommend that our traders save their personal historic data. To do so, simply follow the below steps:
- Log into the MT4 client terminal
Then, click on the "Account History" tab.
- Right click and select "All History"
Then, right click again and select any additional fields (e.g. Taxes, Comments, Commissions)
- Select "Save as report"
This will save the data as an html statement file. Traders can choose to save as a detailed report, which will also include statistics on trading activities.
The optimisation process might cause temporary interruptions to deposits and withdrawals during the upcoming weekends, but we will make sure to resolve them as fast as possible.
