Fund Withdrawals

How to withdraw funds:

• Log in to ThinkPortal
• Submit your request by going to Funding > Withdraw funds > Complete withdrawal form

We expedite all withdrawal requests and strive to keep our clients informed throughout the process.

• Requests received before 3 am GMT are processed on the same day, and all others within 24 hours from when we receive them.
• Processing times vary depending on the withdrawal method.

Withdrawals via credit card:

• You can withdraw up to the amount you have deposited initially via credit card. To go above that you can opt for any one of the following methods:
  • Bank wire: no limit
  • Skrill or Neteller: up to 10,000 units of your preferred currency
• For any accounts funded via a credit card, if a withdrawal is made within 120 days, the refund must be credited to the same credit card used.

Withdrawals via bank wire:

• Require 3 to 5 business days to complete.
• While we do not charge such withdrawals any fees, you may still need to pay other charges made by the banks and any intermediaries involved at your expense. In general, an international bank wire transfer costs USD25.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is USD30.

To comply with ThinkMarkets’ Anti-Money Laundering guidelines:

• Deposits by and withdrawals made to any third parties are prohibited.
• We operate a "return to source" policy. For example, if funds were deposited using Skrill, we would refund you via Skrill along with any profits. The same applies to bank wire, credit card, Neteller, PayPal, FasaPay and China UnionPay — the other funding options we offer.
• If, for any reason, we are unable to return the funds back to the source, we will refund, preferably, via bank wire in the name of the trading account holder.
